Our commitment, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
We want HomeAtlas to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build toward the accessibility features the iPhone provides — such as VoiceOver and larger text — and we treat accessibility problems as bugs worth fixing.
We are honest that accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. We are not claiming formal conformance to a specific standard at launch. If you hit a barrier, telling us helps us fix it — and we prioritise those reports.
If any part of HomeAtlas is difficult to use with assistive technology, email support@yourhomeatlas.com with what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We read every message.
